Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return, please send an email to Returns@ProtagonystApparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that any returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels. Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized items

Please ensure that you carefully check the size and measurements of the items before placing your order to minimize the likelihood of returns due to sizing issues.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. We will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect size and would like to exchange it for the correct size, please indicate this in your return email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the availability of the desired size. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the correct size to you. You will receive an email notification once the exchange has been processed, and the new item is on its way to you.

Return Shipping

We will provide you with a return label via email, which you can print out and use to send the clothing back to us. Please make sure to securely package the items and attach the return label to the package. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
